How to Use Status-Based Workflows in Cumulus


Cumulus provides a wide variety of tools to support collaboration workflows between colleagues, freelancers and/or sales partners. There are status-based workflows and action type based workflows. Action-based workflows include
• user-defined actions such as Asset Actions
• event-based actions or Trigger Actions
• time-based actions using the inbuilt Scheduler Actions.
However, a status-based workflow means files must go through a defined approval process before they are officially available for use – effectively removing the ad-hoc nature of these collaborations….read more
