i-Asset Contributor - Web Upload

Also known as i-remote AssetContributor, this add-on enables you to upload assets either to Cumulus singly or in bulk as a zipped file via a web interface using a form that forces the user to add appropriate metdata with the upload. This prevents the cataloging of assets without relevant metadata. Metadata can be added to individual assets or to can apply to all assets being uploaded.

Note you do not need a Cumulus web client to use iAC.

i-prefillerPro - Metadata Prefiller

i-prefillerPro was developed for customers who want to prevent blank fields in data records of their picture archives. When a user wants to archive assets in Cumulus, the i-prefillerPro dialog window opens, so he or she can fill in all required data fields. This process can neither be skipped nor cancelled.

The tool above all simplifies the labour of the editors since they can exclusively concentrate on the content of the metadata, without having to check whether important metadata are missing. This massively improves the metadata validity.
