Support and Updates

HELIOS products are all available on one CD-ROM. CD023 obsoletes all previous updates up to u0612. The CD was shipped to all customers in Jan 2008.

* Updates are available for all customers with a Software Service agreement. The current update level is u0737 (Jan 2009). The updates can be downloaded automatically via HELIOS Update Installer or from HELIOS website. See http://www.helios.de/support/updatebrowser.phtml for descriptions and go to http://www.helios.de/download/ for downloads. Recent updates are listed in DataBasics Information Bulletins (html).
