DataBasics Online Shop

DataBasics is an official Canto distributor of Canto Cumulus Single User.

Purchase Options

The eshop transaction are in USD$ but you can choose your currency from the pulldown menu. Australian users please contact us directly to avoid USD transaction charges - email or download the Order form (pdf) and email/fax.

In the eshop, you have the options to buy Canto Cumulus Single User as either a Download Only, Download plus CD Box, or Download + CD Box + the Cumulus Training CD. If you choose the Box products you will be charged a delivery fee. Existing users can purchase the Training CD separately.

NOTE: the Delivery fee is added in the eshop when you select the Shipping pulldown.

DataBasics has officially partnered with CCNow.com to ensure that our shopping cart and online transaction needs are seamlessly met.

The CCNow online shopping cart system, which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data, runs in secure mode in the online shopper's browser. While selecting products and adding them to the shopping cart, the online shopper is in non-secure mode. Once the checkout button is clicked, the system automatically switches to secure mode for the remainder of the transaction.

The Box product contains a CD with both Windows and Macintosh installers plus all documentation - Readme, Installation and User Guides.

Delivery

For all Orders, once payment has been processed, license serials will be emailed with download links and receipt. For Box product or Training CD delivery, shipment will follow by Registered Post Air Mail.

Cumulus Training CD

DataBasics has release a Cumulus 8 Training Module on CD for Cumulus 8. Overseas users can purchase it with their purchase of a CD Box product Single User through the eshop.

Upgrades

Upgrades to earlier Cumulus and Mediadex editions are available - please email csu8@databasics.com.au with previous Serial and proof of purchase. Price is 50% RRP. Once checked, you will be sent a link to use the eshop to purchase your upgrade.

Reseller Purchases

Resellers must email DataBasics with their details and we will respond with a special reseller link to purchase in the eshop.
