Cumulus Onsite Installation/TrainingThe Onsite Installation/Training Services (see Canto pricelist) provided by DataBasics are designed to instruct the designated Cumulus Administrator and up to 5 Cumulus users on the installation, setting up and initial use of Cumulus in the workplace. Cumulus Upgrade users who require training need to contact us or their Reseller to discuss requirements. PREREQUISITES DataBasics will need details in writing of:

OSITU2 Workgroup/Enterprise User Training 2 DAYS - comprises
OSIT5 Workgroup/Enterprise Admin/User Training - up to 5 DAYS - comprises a mix of implementation planning, installation, configuration, administration and user training as required. Administration and User Training Manuals are supplied with the onsite training courses which are designed to complement the Canto Administration and Client User Guides that come with the software. Please read our Disclaimer for how much we can do for you in a day! |
Note that all purchased training courses must be completed within 3 months from date of invoice. Administrators/ Users who cannot attend on the designated day(s) of training forfeit that time as installation/training will not be carried over to a future date. If this is necessary, then extra charges will apply. Relevant IT/computer services must also be prepared and available on the designated day(s) for software installation, as extra charges will apply for cancellations and re-bookings. * If you are interested in Cumulus Training, please contact us at support@databasics.com.au
