New eBook from Flight team: Appreciating the ROI of DAM

The Flight-by-Canto team have been working hard over the festive season to bring you their new free e-book on understanding the benefits of using a digital asset management system. Managers need to account for the nuances of their company’s issues, both qualitative and quantitative, to determine how DAM can save time and money.

Each problem presented has a solution that can be solved by DAM and can potentially increase a company’s total return on investment (ROI). Read more about it… and how it can promote collaborative work amongst team members, optimise creative workflows, support the ability to share files on social media and storage platforms, and deliver your assets effectively across your own custom portals. Check out this video for some 2016 DAM resolutions!

HELIOS News: Customer WebShare branding with UB64

Did you know? the entire WebShare user interface and much of the WebShare functionality can be customised to match customer needs. Customisation also allows adding back-end features such as image conversion, PDF preflight, or even workflow instructions via WebShare actions, e.g. put this file set into the long term archive.

HELIOS has posted a UI customisation from a customer in Cologne on YouTube. The main objectives are to match their design criteria, and to simplify using WebShare based upon the workflow of the users. Another reason is to hide the WebShare language selection and to simplify the menus and dialogs. The entire menu icon list has been redesigned to use a simple flat black & white design instead of color gradients.

Refer the WebShare datasheet for more info and watch the WebShare videos available.

HINTS n TIPS: Cumulus Help Guides and Manuals in PDF Format

We posted about this some months back when Cumulus X was first released. All the installation guides are available as one PDF entitle Cumulus Installation.
